How to prevent dark circles and puffy eyes
1. Proper sleep
Getting proper sleep can a make huge difference in appearance of dark circles and prevent them from forming further. Make sure to have a proper sleep pattern and having enough sleep is the cheapest method to cure dark circles. Sleeping not only help you look brighter but also rejuvenate your skin cells. Having chamomile tea before bed helps you in sleep and make your mind relax.
2. Cutting down sodium
Sodium aka salt which is the main reason for water retention in the body, causes the puffiness in eyes, cutting the salt in diet will make you appear less tired and having a diet rich in vitamins A,C,E and K helps in reduction of dark circles and puffiness.
