Active ingredients to look for in skincare products

Skin is the longest organ and the most exposed organ to the environment pollutants, dust, dirt, harmful ultra violent rays (UV rays) and the free radicals. Skin also needs special treatment and products which are soothing, helps in reviving and removing dead skin cells. Reading ingredient list before buying any skincare product is important, but those words sound foreign, unless you have a degree in chemistry.
Here I have tried to make the difficult task easy for my readers to document the skincare ingredients and skincare products which are clean and benefit the skin and the ingredients which are helpful

My advice

Never buy skincare products in hype- packaging and popularity are biggest trap. Take your time know your skin, your skin type, what's your concern and what you need from that product.

1. Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is the naturally occurring substance in our bodies. Ever seen a babies skin which is so much plum and dewy, it is all because of the high concentration of hyaluronic acid in the body which make it smooth. Unfortunately the amount of hyaluronic acid production diminishes with age. Hyaluronic acid is responsible for retaining moisture loss, soothe skin and boost skin moisture that is why it is found in serums, night creams and moisturizers.
