The Denim Story- Skinny jeans are dead

Skinny jeans are dead denim trends to try now

Jeans are staple for any wardrobe most essential item to wear and stock in. The perfect fit denim not only looks good and trendy but also boosts up the confidence. But this year as we are again slipping into the jeans after endorsing in leggings, dresses, sweatpants and pajamas, its high to invest in the straight- simple and more comfortable denim trends this year and say bye!! bye!! to your skinny jeans for some while.

My advice

Never change your entire wardrobe to follow up the latest trends but buy one or two pieces to make a change in your style. And if you are a skinny jean fan start with a less flared- less hem straight jean which is comfortable and easy to style.

1. Vintage straight leg jean

Skinny jeans have their own place but recent favorite among celebs and fashion is the more comfortable and simple vintage style straight leg jeans. The straight leg jeans give more room to breathe between knees and ankles, cuts in a tube like shape giving a straight fit. Comes typically in lighter wash and ends slightly on the shoes.

Style tip

Dress like super models, Gigi Hadid in a typical blue straight blue jeans with boots edgy look or like Kendall Jenner in white straight legged jean in a cool mood

2. Baggy jean

90s fashion style, the baggy jeans is wide leg denim have bit more volume and space then straight legged jean. Baggy jeans hugged the waist line and lose around the leg creating a sophisticated casual look. Because of loose fitting and comfortable nature it is proven to be a at home jean.

Style tip
Styling baggy jean with with a fitted tee or crop top to create a cool look.

3. Mom jean

Recently rose to popularity mom jeans is the high waist, loose leg which makes you look taller, a light washed denim, once a disgrace now beloved. Mom jeans is 80s fashion but much more sculptured now.

Style tip

Style mom jeans with boots and fitted leather jacket to create an edgy look or try graphic tees for effortless look

4. Boyfriend jean

Boyfriends are tricky to style and some would hate them. The look it creates is casual and unfitted, this denim is comfortable meant for street styling, shopping and meeting with friends

Style tip
Create a casual look with fitted crop top or tee with heels or chose a ripped jeans with boots and heavy scarf.

At the end of the day wear whatever you like and most comfortable and confident in because style is confidence.

It is the water-soluble antioxidant and essential nutrient that protects the skin from free radical damage and improves its overall health. Vitamin C is also required for the growth and repair of the tissues in your body. The human body is incapable of producing vitamin C but extracts it from vitamin C rich fru...
